Registering

  1. Why should I register? By registering you are initiating an account that only you may access. Registering also notifies you of special savings, new items, etc. Sign up today and become an accentsfa.com member.
  2. How do I register? Simply click on Register from the top of the page, and you will be provided with a direct link that will walk you through the process.

Shopping Online

  1. Item availability/shipping? Orders are shipped every weekday. Our goal is to process and ship your order within 2-3 business days of purchase. We make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site. Occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, it will be reflected on your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
  2. What credit cards do you accept? Accentsfa.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and payment in advance by check. Be sure to enter your exact billing information (first and last name, billing address, credit card number, expiration date, and cvv)
  3. Do you have a minimum purchase? Yes, a minimum purchase of $100 plus shipping.
  4. Do you charge sales tax? Sales tax is charged only on orders shipped to Maryland. All other recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.
  5. How can I track my order? You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received. In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped.
  6. How can I modify my order? Be advised that once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

  1. How will my order be delivered and when should I expect to receive my order?
    Currently, we only use the United States Postal Service. Delivery time for normal delivery can be from 5 to 7 days. Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Tuesday. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
  2. Where do you ship?
    At the moment we only ship to the United States.

  3. What are the shipping rates?

    $25.01 - $50.00 = $6.95
    $50.01 - $75.00 = $8.95

GIFT SERVICES

  1. What gift wrap/box services do you offer? All our products arrive in individual white boxes with a cotton pad. In addition, a nice gold bow holds the box closed.
  2. How do I purchase a gift card? Gift cards are available for purchase online. We offer Gift Cards in predetermined dollar amounts. You may add this item to your cart and proceed to checkout for purchase.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You may return your purchase within 7 days of delivery for a refund of product cost. Customer is responsible for shipping the items back to Accents.  Items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags attached and in the boxes/ribbons in which product was delivered.  Please include a copy of the original invoice in order to receive proper credit.
